This is a double-layer mask with sheath for removable metal nose piece. The embroidery only goes through the facing, not the back. Sizes tend to run a bit large, and a 'Large' is perfect for big men or those who use silicone cups under their masks. Elastic goes around the entire head, not the ears. Custom fabrics are unfortunately not available due to being unable to keep a large store of inventory - what I have listed is what you get! Unless you have some old sheets of a differenct color you want to give me :-)
